All FOCI projects are carried out and monitored along four tracks:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - this has to do with the over-arching messaging of the campaign. It deals specifically with concerns on the advocacy and in exploring ways with which to engage the intended target audience.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - deals mostly with operations and logistics. It coordinates with the different units ensuring that the overall campaign development is on track, on time and on budget. It also concentrates on the relationship between the Foundation and its Clients.
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT - concerned with defining audiences and key insights to determining how best to connect with the intended audience and what will inspire them to respond. Includes analysing behavioral patterns and their underlying culture.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT – translating the strategy into memorable words, Images and experiences that will bring home the campaign messages and trigger the desired response. Addresses the overall creative considerations that arise from the demand strategy. Here, COPY & ART combine to generate executional ideas that fulfill the strat.
